Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation.

• Domestic orders are usually dispatched the same day or within 48 hours maximum.

Delivery Time

• Domestic (India): Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and courier partner.

• International: Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance and the logistics partner in the destination country. Usual dispatch time for international delivery is 10 to 14 days for thorough check up.

• Partial COD Orders:
  Since Partial COD orders are shipped from our store location, there may be a slight delay.

  • Dispatch Time: 4 to 6 working days

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 5 working days after dispatch

  Kindly note: In case the customer rejects the COD order at the time of delivery, the partial COD advance amount is strictly non-refundable.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance charges (if applicable) are levied by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges vary from country to country and are completely beyond our control.

  Any such duties, taxes, or additional charges must be borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid on our website.

• Prakrithi by Ramya will not be responsible for any delay, refusal, or non-delivery due to unpaid customs duties or local regulations.

• Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared so you can monitor your shipment.

• For international deliveries, our usual dispatch time is 7 to 14 days. This is because we conduct a thorough quality check before shipping.

  As we do not have a return pick up option for international orders, we take extra care during inspection. In case we notice any damage or defect, we arrange for a replacement piece directly from our production unit before dispatching.

  This process ensures that you receive the best quality product without any issues.
