• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.
• Prakrithi is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Sale items are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
